Three Waters Café got its start at the Carrboro Farmers' Market. One of the two owners, Liliana Pagano, founded Three Waters Café and named it as an homage to her family farm.

When the storefront on Franklin Street opened its doors, Three Waters welcomed another owner: Leslie Kirk.  Liliana and Leslie first met their freshmen year at Meredith College. It was Liliana's love for coffee and Leslie's love for comedy that led to a serendipitous revival.  Their camaraderie was sealed by one too many cups of coffee, a very off- beat sense of humor, and a shared ambition to own and operate a successful business.

Try one of our signature flavors: Masala Chai, Dark Chocolate Mocha, Salted Caramel, and Lavender Vanilla.

Try a light meal of a Smoothie or Gourmet Toast topped with: Avocado, Hummus, Almond Butter & Peach Jam, Peanut Butter & Honey.

Drop by our storefront or come visit us at the Market-

We hope to see you soon!
